Refund policy

Once payment confirmation is received by Sweet Hunger for an order, fulfillment process gets started.

 

In case you change your mind after placing the order or if it is placed by mistake, we accept your cancellation request only if the order is not dispatched and then only you are eligible for the refund. In such case inform our customer care at help@sweethunger.com.

 

In case you want a refund because you’re not satisfied with either the product or our fulfillment service then we have very customer focussed grievance redressal policies. Just get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at help@sweethunger.com
